Old, even by elvish standards, this man's deeply pale skin and milky white eyes mark him as one of the very few elves to have made it nearly to the end of their natural lifespan. Unfortunately, to hear any of the lessons the centuries-old man might have learned, once would have to look past his tattered, torn clothes and exceedingly eccentric behavior, to say nothing for the smell. Truthfully, he is hard to even look at, and outside of the occasional thumb thrown his pitiable way, he goes unnoticed.
