The two don't even need to be on the same plane of existence. She is able to use Detect Feelings as per the  Thoughts spell up to the same range unless otherwise blocked by the appropriate object(s) or sufficient magical shielding of the subject's mind. (Mind blank etc..)

Aura of Primal Emotion(Ex): Angelibi project an aura of arousal at will that imbues those affected with greater sensitivity to erotic and sexual stimuli. If resisted (and approved) a successful DC 70 WIS saving throw + will save negates this effect.

Blessing of Sharess(Su): An angelibus adds its Charisma modifier to all saving throws. It also has the ability to speak any language as though under the effect of a tongues spell.
