Dame Roan Callaghan, Knight Prioress of the Order of the Chained Rose, is a new arrival to the city of Blacksteel within the last year. She is a large and physically strong woman with dark hair cropped straight at her shoulders. She carries herself with grace and purpose with a high context manner of speaking. Wearing armor and livery of white, green and gold she is often bearing the colors of her knightly order; its symbol, a blooming rose upon a white and green background encircled by a golden chain, worn plainly upon her cloak.
