This emaciated figure keeps close to the shadows. Yet, if light might chance to fall across her you might see locks of blonde hair spilling past the hood that keeps it's face obscured in darkness. You might also see the hood's cloth peak on each side - the tell tale sign that this creature has ample reason to cling to the shadows of Blacksteel's gutters.

Or do you see simply see a young beauty of the old folk, albeit worn down and made harder by the gnashing teeth of hunger and contempt, going about whatever business an elf might have?
