Once in a while, everybody just has to stretch their feet a little, right? That was my thinking. Well... I'm using feet metaphorically here, seeing as not everyone has feet; some people have hooves, or tentacles, or pseudopods, or... I'll just stop there. You get the point though, right?
And let's be fair: the infernal realms are really NOT the most pleasant place to explore at times. Some spots are nice, but more often, it's going to be a garden of Bloodrazor Vines, not Gripping Tubors. Sure, not all planes are even as pleasant as that, but then there are places like the Fields of... whatever they called it... it's hard to replicate those sounds with a tongue, y'know?

She has the sleek muscles of a runner, or a gymnast, but those don't translate well into raw physical power, which she is lacking.

Her tail sports a stinger; the venom does little more than drastically enhance production of... certain hormones...

She has a simple, black ring through each nipple, and one through her clitoral hood.

Her left horn is missing about an inch off the tip.
