Ulitharid is mostly covered up in robes and helmets using dark colours, expensive outfits and also strange metal parts.

Without an helmet or with mask only people could see his inhuman head and face. Those look like purplish/reddish skin colours.  He is lacking hair. He has strange white eyes, which are mostly covered by modern googles and 6 (instead of 4) facial tentacles. The last left and last right tentacle are rather long reaching towards the ground, called nobility tentacles.
The other 4 reach towards his chest.

Other than that he looks rather human, he is just lacking a 5. finger and toe.

He is able to speak common, undercommon, illithid and maybe even other languages.
