This brightly dressed man's clothes are covered in small bells that quietly jingle as he walks. His sterling blue eyes and the dark, fluffy plumage that cover his body are just as eye-catching. He sports a short, hawkish nose, and a large mouth that gives his face a somewhat beak-like shape, and two large ears covered in fluffy feathers perch aside his head. Two arcing wings covered in stronger plumage sprout from his back, as well as stiff-looking tail feathers. His hands and feet form close approximations of talons, both four-clawed and quite dexterous.  

He wears a bright smile, his voice a musical tenor. Song and verse never seem far from his lips. He wears a cittern on his back at nearly all times.
