Clad in simple robes, or loose fitting clothes, this kobold appears unfit to wield a sword. Lacking any obvious muscle, it's clear this one isn't meant for grunt work.

During invocations, however, certain scales would glow in peculiar patterns, varying in their shape and color and intensity based on what is being cast. The patterns fade away after his power is relased, and the scales return to normal.
