Xalea had been a curious little scamp through her entire life. She had lived a regular life of her kind before appearing in Sinfar, having lived in a forest near a town populated by humans. The way she, her sisters, and her parents lived was through either scavenging the nearby lands, or by thieving from the town. One day, she spotted the local mage casting spells on a certain bottle of wine. Xalea believe these spells must have been done to make the wine more powerful, and spent a night stealing it from the mage's home. After having stolen the strangely labeled bottle of 'wine', she took it to the forest, drinking it all as she walked. After passing out after swallowing the bottle, she would awaken in the port of Sinifar city. With the help of a local, and a small amount of time, she figured she couldn't return home, not that she particularly wanted to. Though, she was now a very short, poor creature stuck to thieving from people as she had back home, unless she was taken in.
