Skalathraxis is a Herald of Khorne, a champion of the Blood God among his hordes of lesser daemons. Towering over most people, and clad in obsidian armor, he's a fearsome sight to behold.

As to what he's doing here, it's anyone's guess. but it would be safe to assume he's here to further the glory of his God and add more trophies to the Skull Throne.
