Driders are horrifying enough on their own, but when one has been heavily modified for arena fighting, like Subject 99 (or Nines, as she likes to be called), they enter the realm of nightmarish.  Who brought her up to the surface, or  why can only be speculated, but here she is. She's most frequently seen roaming the wilds, preying upon the creatures roaming around that cause trouble for the city.

"Nines" has many different abilities due to her mixed mutated nature. She can hypnotize her prey with the glowing lights emitting from her eyes, the red glare calming her prey, a useful trick for her arena days.
