Her hair is most often styled into a messy pony tail and her bangs cover one of her eyes. Not easily seen with how her hair is often done Inazuma has two different colored eyes, the left being golden, and the right a light blue.

A top her head would be a pair of large fox ears, most often in a neutral state slightly lowered. Down lower one large fluffy white tail at her backside, if one was to look close enough they might notice it was in fact three tails, just kept close together.
