Of a towering and lofty height Vannen is the captain of a mercenary company of little repute. Born and bred for the fight, the fellow was no beauty, a messy mop of dark hair and an equally as thick and unkempt beard, with his flesh festooned with countless scars. His profession was war, beginning and end, and his frame shows just that.
