Val is a short and thin human woman in her early twenties, with short black hair, dark eyes, and almost translucently pale skin. Her body has several scars, and it's clear her nose has been broken in the past. She looks as though she'd spent some time in her life without a solid meal. Val always dresses all in black. She is usually barefoot, but occasionally wears black boots.

Val prefers to keep to the shadows and not draw attention to herself.

While generally polite, Val rarely says much, and can sometimes come off as brusque, or even rude. She has the potentially unsettling habit of sometimes changing her way of speaking. Mostly, she sounds educated and well-spoken, but she also sometimes speaks in Sigil cant. More rarely, she speaks in thieves' cant, especially when it serves her purposes or when she is rattled, though the latter is rare. Additionally, she sometimes temporarily adopts the speech patterns and lingo of either the natives of wherever she is, or of the people she is around.

OOC Warning: As I said, Val is often polite, but she can be rude. Additionally, she avidly dislikes most people, both generally and specifically, which may be discovered or surmised over the course of rp with her. If these things are going to bother you, don't initiate roleplay with her (though ooc, I'm friendly enough, if an introvert).
