You spy a rat! A very large rat - One which walks upon two legs and in tattered clothing, at that. How very peculiar.


The ratter stands at just shy of four feet in height at his tallest, covered in coarse brown fur save for on his tail, paws, and hands. Overall he is rather scrawny in build - Looking as if a gentle breeze could send him tumbling away into the sunset. And given how many times he seems to clumsily fall over his own feet, it's entirely too easy to imagine it happening. Where he was clumsy and lacking in muscles, however, he was quick to right his posture and catch his falls - About the only time he wasn't tripping over his own tail seemed to be when he was skittering away at full tilt for safety, and even then that didn't always go quite so well for him.


Stranger yet was his voice - Or a lack thereof. While he indeed could speak, it only ever came out as a scratchy whisper. Even the mightiest of shouts were barely louder than a normal person's average speaking volume, which often left the ratter panting for breath after any particularly long talks.
