William is yet another lost soul that wound up in this realm due to chaotic nonsense.  What makes him stand out though, is the flashy and immaculate uniform he wears, the monocle, and the big bushy mustache.

For those that ask, he simply says he's a soldier of the Imperium, a Sergeant of the Praetorian 24th infantry regiment, to be precise. He is rarely seen without his baton tucked under his arm or the chainsword hanging from his belt, citing it is improper for a gentlemen to be seen without his side arm.

His mannerisms are that of a prim and proper gentleman, some would say posh, while others would say borderline arrogant. But, he's friendly enough, once he's had his tea (and Throne preserve the fool that deprives him of this!).
