You see a tall, spindly creature with oily, purple skin and a head of writhing tendrils. Its arms are thin as is its neck, though it appears to be pot-bellied in stark contrast to the almost sickly narrow and thin look of the rest of its body. Its hands clad in leather surgeon's gloves and across its attire are strapped a number of tools and vials. As it notices your gaze, it looks towards you, revealing a cybernetic eye grafted to its flesh on the right side. This is an illithid scientist, and its purpose is yet unknown.
