A ruffian of common stock, Nic made his living as a farmhand, bouncer, hunstman and whatever odd-job he'd find. On a dark night, while working as a caravan escort, Nic was viciously attacked by an unknown beast. After a long recovery, the young man returend to his norml life. His grievous and crippling wounds healed immaculately, leaving him healthier than he could ever recall in his life. It wasn't until a few moons after that the nightmares began, followed by an insatiable need to hunt. Now, the aimless villager finds he has been possessed with an all-consuming goal; to find and kill the beast that cursed him.

Nicho is of slight, wirey build, hair tussled and wild. His facial features have become gaunt, skin drained of color while a wild glimmer in his sunken eyes hint at a growing madness. He seems nice enough, otherwise.

A member of a petty gang of thugs and pickpockets, Nicho now carries a mark on his throat. At a distance, the tattoo is vaguely heartshaped. Up close, the design is recognizable as the image of an open asp's mouth, a gang marking flaunted by members of the Aglon Asps that troll the Slums of the city. Its fangs are bared, jaw unhinged as its eyes,  painted upon the flesh with a vibrant venomous green ichor, would give off a faint glow under the moonlight... or bright shining diamond points when in direct sunlight. This unique element of the mark, the Asp's bite, makes sure the members of the gang can recognize one another from spies and copycats.
