Physical:  

Amelia's overall appearance gives off the appearance of someone trying just a bit to hard to appear sinister.  Her clothes are almost always black or red, and frequently have "spooky" design elements woven in like skulls or spiders.  She's pale and pretty with youthful features and a slight build.

While she tries to stay poised and reserved her exuberance frequently overwhelms her.  When she speaks her arms are almost away gesturing wildly, and even when alone she can't help but swing them side to side.  Her emotions are plainly readable on her face despite her efforts to hide them.

Background:

Amelia is the youngest scion of the Laveau family, an old clan of respected mages.  Her own talents are middling at best however.  Unable to face her family's disapproval she's come to Sinfar looking for shortcuts to power.
