Together with her brother Oghvan, she belongs to the insular and warlike voch'khari people. Their ancestral home is the faraway Redwood, named for the highly invasive species of tree that makes up the bulk of the forest. Tova's skin is gray with a touch of brown. Save for long wisps on either side of her face, her black hair is cropped close to the head. The voch's pupils are horizontal and rectangular, resembling those of a goat. Her large ears and flat nose also have a caprine appearance. She wears red face paint in patterns that only highlight her exotic features. Most of the time, the voch is dressed in very little, and even then she wears more hunting gear than clothing. Although she has a willowy build, her muscles are well defined, and she moves with animal grace. Her breasts are modest but firm. Polished bone piercings decorate her nipples. Her pubic mound is covered in wiry black hair. Like other voch'khari, she has a thick and long tail. The furred tip of the tail reaches the ground when she stands up straight. A fine trail of black hair runs along the top of the appendage, reaching all the way up to the small of her back. Tova is terse in her speech, and does not have the best grasp of the common tongue. Although she is easily taken for a savage, her eyes are alert and intelligent. Few details ever escape her notice, whether they are the trails of wild animals or the subtleties of city folk. |
