Name: Khyx Race: Spotted Gnoll Age: Young-ish Adult Sex: Female Build: Athletic (Gymnast) Height: 5' 11" Alignment: Chaotic Neutral Orientation: Bi-Sexual with male preference ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Character Description: A creature of modest bearing and upbringing, Khyx stands a fair bit shorter than her kin, but carries herself with a tranquil grace that sets her apart from the barbarism many would expect of a gnoll. Often seen in good spirits, she manages to make those dangerous smiles look pleasant when in good company. Soulful silver eyes regard the world about her with keen interest. Her deep mahogany mane is worn in a messy, sideswept mohawk that frames the right side of her face and neck, leaving the remainder open to view. Great big, dish-like ears sit atop her head and flick to and fro to take in all the many sounds around her attentively, and her sense of smell is impressive in its own right. She doesn't usually miss much. Her fur ranges from a soft brown to deep mahogany hues, most of which is concentrated at the ends of her limbs and on her tails, as well as a stripe running down the length of her back from scalp to tail. Much of her back is covered in a whole mess of splotchy spots in various sizes. She'd a great many piercings done and occasionally decides to gather more when the mood strikes (see model). Her usual style of dress is typically something very casual. She has a fondness for baggy clothes and hoodies, and is seldom seen wearing anything particularly tight. Having fur is tough! Her pants in particular are often spacious, particularly near the ends of their lengths to spare the gnoll some room for her digitigrade legs. She doesn't wear anything on her feet. What can be seen of her is exceptionally clean for a gnoll, though no more so than one would expect from just about anything else. There's still a bit of the usual scent, but it's muted, not at all unlike a well-groomed dog. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Personality Traits: There's a sort of duality to Khyx that's often seen flipping back and forth depending on who she's around. With most people, she's a very laid back sort, preferring pleasant company and polite conversation to rowdy affairs and bombastic sorts. She hasn't really got an aversion to much though. Often, she can be seen hanging around some really unruly people that would seem like a very stark contrast to her usual self. Yet beneath the surface lay a much more fierce creature, dominant in bearing and attitude and somewhat brash. This manifests itself primarily with problematic peoples, and she isn't afraid to get her hands dirty to restore the peace. Khyx is very much a fire and ice kind of girl. Despite that heated side of her, at the end of the day, she's just happy to be there and experience life as it comes, whatever may come, with that charmed, content smile. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Lights: In general, these will be a decent guideline for the sorts of things Khyx will enjoy. That said, don't take them to be a laundry list of what can and can't be done, or what will necessarily catch her eye. Just because something's a green light doesn't mean she's going to immediately okay it. Even if something isn't listed as a red, it may still be off the table in some situations. Most often, she'll simply go with the flow of what's happening.
