Shroudfang lives up to his name, his sleek feline body covered in black fur, his skin the color of the moonless midnight sky, and his mouth full of razor sharp needle like teeth.

From his back sprout two large tentacles, the ends capped with angular appendages with suckers and a large retractable fang each.

Those without the benefit of true sight would have trouble looking at him directly, his form always seeming to shift from the left to right on a moment's notice, when he's not shifting in and out of the shadows totally unseen.

It's clear he's a displacer beast, and even clearer that he's no normal one, a wicked, malevolent sentience glimmering behind the soft violet glow in his eyes, ones that the unwary and weak willed would find hypnotizing to stare into.
