[Bilingual Bio Notice / Alerte Bio Bilingue]
I do not speak, read, or write French. I was assured this would not be a problem despite it being the primary language of Nexus (By two separate players, one of whom is a native french speaker). If this DOES become a problem, let me know, I can vacate the premises and will understand the difficulties you may have in communicating during RP.
A friend of mine who speaks both French and English has offered to translate this bio, so the French version of each section will be immediately after the English version of that section, to ensure the same viewing/reading experience for both languages.

Je ne parle pas et n'écrit pas le français. On m'a assuré que ça ne serait pas un problème malgrès le fait qu'il s'agisse de la langue principale de Nexus (par deux joueurs différents, l'un étant francophone). Si celà devient un problème, faites-le moi savoir je comprends les difficultés que celà implique en RP.
Un de mes amis bilingue m'a proposé de traduire la description, de façon à ce que la traduction suive chaque paragraphe en anglais, afin de rendre la lecture aussi agréable que possible dans les deux langues.

Edmund is known as a gambler, a drunk, and a fiend. Despite the impediment of being drunk a lot of the time, he is also known as having a surprising degree of accuracy and talent with his signature weapon, a form of revolver with a collapsible handhold and a long barrel. Rumors of him being some kind of practitioner of black magic persist, and he does little if anything to dispute these accusations.

Malgrès le fait qu'il soit ivre l'essentiel de son temps éveillé, il est également connu pour être surprenamment précis avec son arme de prédilection : une sorte de révolver avec une poignée pliable et un canon long. Les rumeurs les plus persistantes à son encontre le désignent comme un utilisateur de magie noire et il ne fait pas grand chose pour contrer ces accusations.

[Magical Style / Type de Magie]
Edmund Whateley is indeed a practitioner of black magic, notably one that appears to have a link to games of chance and the sacrifice of his own well being. When he casts spells, a poker hand appears in his casting hand much of the time, and occasionally he can be seen cutting a slit in his hand and chanting some foul incantation as his blood hits the ground (generally during periods of rest).
Those especially sensative to magic (DC 27 Spellcraft Roll) can identify the poker hand as a visualization of the struggle for his soul, a game of chance and willpower played with bits of his spirit as the wager, and his winnings paid in magical power.

Edmund Whateley est effectivement un praticien des arts noirs, plus particulièrement une qui semble avec un lien étroit avec les jeux de hasard et le sacrifice de sa propre personne. Quand il lance un sort, une main de poker apparaît entre ses doigts la pluspart du temps, ou alors il se coupe la paume avant de déclamer des incantations répugnantes alors que son sang coule au sol (généralement quand il a du temps et en repos).
Ceux qui ont un lien étroit avec la magie (Jet de 27 ou plus en Connaissance des Sorts) peut identifier sa main de poker comme une matérialisation de la lutte pour son âme dans un jeu de chance et de volonté où des fragments de son esprits sont pariés contre des pouvoirs magiques.
