This lumbering beast would stand impressively tall if ever it stood up straight.  Instead, the beast often employs a hunched over, lumbering gait, with it's gnarled knuckles dragging across the ground.  

Coal-black, beady eyes gaze out from within deeply sunken sockets, constantly burning with unfulfilled hunger, and hatred, particularly for the light, the wicked fires, and anything that challenges Yrshnak's wretched existence.

A long, thin nose protrudes from it's face, nostrils nearly always flairing as the troll's keen nose takes in every detail of the smells around it.  Long, thin, pointed ears similiarly twitch often to listen to everything around himself.

Long, black, stringy hair dangles past the creature's shoulders, slick to the touch.  The beast's hide remains otherwise completely hairless.

Lean muscle ripples beneath the troll's rubbery flesh, with not an ounce of fat on his wiry frame.

He ekes out a meager existence of base survival, eating what and when he can, and amusing himself in whatever wretched ways he can.  What this beast is doing in the city is anyone's guess.
