What's in a name?
To a linguist, anthropologist or someone who simply knows their stuff, they'll recognise Lureene is Chondathan name. For the rest, they might know a Chondathan from the local market, given their propensity for mercantile. Lureene ticks all of the boxes. At 5'8, she's a little taller than the average female human.
