Personality:
In difference to many of hers countrymen, Arella doesn't think of herself as someone better. Even admits that the pride of the Sun Elves will be their downfall.
She's also very curious, easygoing and sometimes a bit too friendly person, who hates restrictions imposed on her by others. She loves good competition and the company of others, but because of her free spirited personality, she prefers dynamic romance or simply to fool around with others, without strings attached. She also likes to discover new things, so the more exotic the lovers are, the more eager she would become.
She also has a tendency to show off a bit of skin to the person she's attracted to and wouldn't mind a little bit of fun on the side.
Even though immature and playful, as every person, Arella also possess more serious and vicious side of her. It's especially shown, when someone is trying to forcibly restrict the freedom of hers or that of the people important to her.

Short biography:
Born as the only daughter of craftsman and healer, Arella comes from a moderately wealthy background. She spent most of her childhood as every other elven child. Well, she was a bit tomboyish and always felt out of place playing with dolls or gossiping with girl friends. Between the classes of literature, singing and proper etiquette she was capable of bringing home more bruises than flowers. What's worse, half of the stories and songs known by her were more suitable for rowdy taverns then elegant salons. But things hit rock bottom when Arella hit puberty.
Desperate parents decided to send this promiscuous young girl to the ranger academy, in hope that the strict upbring will be able to root out her immature and irresponsible behaviors. But the young bard has proven herself to be hard nut to crack. Her wild acts not only lowered the level of discipline of cadets, but also hampered the efforts of the academy instructors. She was finally expelled, when she publicly proposed to the head instructor, that she could help him to let off some steam.
Knowing that when she returns home, her parents will try to put another chain around the neck, Arella decided to leave her hometown and look for happiness and fortune in a great, unknown world.
