They seem to indicate she has earned the protection of some powerful forest spirit. One, an undying purple petal flower with silver pollen. The Second is shades of blue and lavender, with pink leaves. Golden pollen provides a stimulating scent, and seems to have the sheen of a metallic dust.

- [Tongues]: She speaks exclusively in [Celestial], lacking any emotional enthusiasm or emphasis; the melodic sound of her voice monotone, but also heavenly like dull bells. She uses [Tongues] which allows listeners to perfectly understand her speech in their own preferred tongue; her words are true to her meaning and intention.

- [Humanity/Divine Aura]: (Conditional) If she's glowing she's not fully concealing her celestial nature, either way true seeing reveals her true nature. To everyone else she looks like a mundane human.

         -DESCRIPTION-
Build and Hair: She appears as tall, thin, and fit with waist length blonde hair often secured by a heavenly ornament with her bangs left long and cascading in crescents around her face. One might notice the almost catlike shape her hair takes on enough to consider it fur, but the faux style seems to bounce and move with a volume of motion rather than twitch with the stimulation of sound. The longer mane is maintained with a few bobbles that match her apparel. There are streaks or wisps of vibrant silver in her hair which go undetectable except at the roots. Boasting of many layers of hair, it seems incapable of acquiring tangles or knots despite the volume. Certainly some magic effect or trickery must be afoot. (Those with an affinity for the Fey and their benevolent blessings can deduce she has earned the favor or boon of a Fairy Queen at some point.)


Aura and Skin: Her skin color is a golden brown hue which seems muted slightly, with the veins streaked with a luminescent silver glow, suggesting that her very being is suffused with positive energy. Unless suppressing her aura, she'd appear perpetually coated in a glowing oil which radiates and refracts the light, the scent is of salted honey and resembles the texture of a thin layer of luminous gel which rapidly dissolves when apart from her skin.
(When glowing, the aura acts as [Prestidigitation], cleaning and purifying magically whatever comes into contact with her.)


Manner and Dress: She dresses modestly, and while her form is extremely toned she doesn't seem inclined to flaunt or sway it any way which might provoke one to lust. There's a supernatural strength to her that might make her body seem comparable to a warm statue if she is touched, blessing her with a seemingly unmovable posture. Most of her actions, intentions, and mannerisms seem to portray her as a wholesome and traditional woman; though whether she's is indeed conservative, or just as wild as everyone else could only be speculated.
(Considered with the effect of [Immovable Rod], able to sustain up to 8,000lbs of force and requires a DC:30 Strength check to move up to ten feet in a round.)


Face and Expression: Her genetics appear to take after a Caucasian parent, having also influencing features of Japanese heritage. Her eyes are a glowing gold with a wisdom that seems beyond her apparent years, though she seems perpetually saddened, distant, or tired; though at times the stoic might also be focused, stern, or cold. Noelle appears to be in her early twenties, and not overly fond of makeup or opulent jewelry.

At will, she can extend this protection to others which lasts until experiencing a climax or release. Usually bestowed by touching her hands or feet, and acknowledging her benediction.

Tongues/Telepathy: Like all Archon's, Noelle can speak and understand all spoken languages, and can telepathically communicate with any being.

Aura of Protection vs Chaos: Unquestionably Celestial in aura and nature, she radiates positive energy and cool warmth. Around her the air seems ever comfortable, either cooling or warming to keep one just shy of sweating merely by being in her general proximity. It is gentle and not invasive, as if suggesting one to have a sense of balance and peace.
(Aura is offensive/tedious/invasive to chaotic and demonic creatures. Not painful, but it imposes on their supernatural potency and abilities. Unless a Chaotic Outsider is particularly weak, it will not prevent or impede movement.)
