Legend has it that upon the moment of his birth, someone, somewhere, stubbed a toe.  "Doctor Nefarious," as he has come to be known, is a wicked soul, filled with spite and bile.  His means are methodical and meticulous, his spirit unwholesome and cruel.  His grin is sinister and contemptuous, and his goatee is somewhat taboo.

He may not be the root of all evil, but he is certainly a branch.  Or at least a twig.  Whatever his metaphorical place on the tree of evil, one thing is clear: there is no hesitation in his misdeeds.  Ill will oozes from his very being like a corrupt pustule, drenching his words and actions in a malodorous poison.  

Surely he must be insane, but it makes little difference.  His dark works are marred with purpose and intent, a twisted mind meaning to do wrong.  His choice is conscious.  His choice is villainy.
