OOC:  

This character is a lighthearted throwback to 2 specific genres of film that are close to my heart.  Early Sci Fi Horror with very cheesy special effects that had next to no emphasis on plot, and early pornography which also had next to no emphasis on plot.  He's not meant to be a hyper serious character, but he's also not meant to be a meme.  Just a tip of the hat to old school cinema.
