If someone were to describe Nilaessae, gangly, withdrawn and gloomy might be some of the first things that came up.

The old, elven warrior kept to herself most of the time but rarely turned away anyone deciding to interact with her. However it quickly became apparent to most people that she liked to keep certain distance to others, rarely removing the heavy armor or the mask covering her face. The little skin that was visible had a deathly pallor to it and her dark, purple eyes rarely blinked as they inspected whatever had caught their attention. People with a keen eye and knowledge about the fey or other means of sensing such matters might be able to tell that the feywilds had left their mark on the elf. It  would certainly be one possible explanation for her appearance.

Also, huge fucking pointy ears.
