Dr. Sai' Cho was one of the younger chief scientists working on a project to study and attempt to understand the Xenomorph XX121 species. He is somewhat eccentric: at one point in his career, he petitioned Weyland-Yutani Corporation into cloning the species. Oddly though, he is also has a sympathetic side; he insisted that the creatures not be destroyed but studied, which lead to the Corporation's curiosity about the creatures as well. After a few years of trial and error, Cho and the other scientists at Weyland-Yutani Corporation succeeded in capturing a hive queen of the most dangerous life form ever discovered, containing it within a highly technological and advanced military station in deep space. Dr. Cho's duties were subsequently split between observing the growing Queen and studying her offspring, bred from convicted felons of the Galactic Penal system. Once these prisoners arrived aboard the station, they were used as hosts for breeding several Xenomorphs, Dr. Cho observed the implantation process. Of all the scientists aboard the station, Cho in particular was fascinated and impressed by the queen, particularly her genetic memory, inherited from the Xenomorph genes passed down through many generations. He also became fascinated by the fully-grown Drones, spending a large amount of his time studying and interacting with them, particularly Specimen #7. This drone Cho admired was unlike the others they 'hatched', baring a unique amount of strength and a seemingly thicker armored carapace than even the queen. Beyond that, Cho spends his idle time as a practitioner of alchemy and chemistry, baring a fascination with the arcane, and the mysteries held within each.
