Derrick, the leader of the Compass Rose has given her a name that intrigues her.
 Quote: "Yer a Fallen. Bu' yer no'... touched... by this place. Yer no' a motherin' thin', bu' neither are ye true flames an' fire," he shrugs, "No' completely dark. Nightless."

She's been dubbed "Scarlet" by Perim Blimmeadows.  It takes her a minute to register but she'll respond to that most of the time.

Things Noticed on First Look:
1.She wears a shackle on her left wrist, as is the custom of the Compass Rose members to do.
2. The blood on her wings appears to be wet,  even separating the feathers into slick little clumps at the tips,  but it never drips and it never rubs off on anything.

She looks inhuman with her skin the paleness of bone and eyes the deep crimson-black of blood.  Tall, certainly beautiful if in a disconcerting way, and possessing a grace that can only be described as meticulous; it's as though she is unused to moving among mortal  beings and trying to take care to not bring  inadvertent harm.  

 She is often dressed for battle,  obsidian black armor accentuating her obviously feminine curves in a protective embrace.  A creature of mixed visual signals, it would seem - danger and beauty, calculating quiet and a gentle smile.  

 Sometimes there is a whisper of feathers in the wake of her passing, her shadow showing large wings whether her back is adorned with a set or not.   If her wings do show visibly then she may be recognized as a Celestial being, the blood dripping from the pale feathers perhaps a sign of her purpose... or her disgrace.
