The champion of bagpipes, all without an instrument!  Moodi the toot!  Moodi the mouth!

Plump feather-butt with little in the way of inhibition, Moodi is an outgoing, nosy obnoxious loud mouth with too much free time, which she likes to spend meandering around town from bar to bar, so she mosey in on the other patrons.  Though she can at the very least prove a loyal companion if one can get endure her yearning for things to do - Never a quiet moment if  she can help it.
