With long black hair, pale skin, and a green glow within his pupils Elcourt almost appears like strange vampire-though he doesn't give off the same aura of blood lust nor would any vampire hunter mistake him for one. He has an almost brooding expression, and a body that looks like it was built specifically to be aesthetically pleasing by some skilled mage-because that's precisely what happened.

Elcourt of Nolkar is a senator of the republic of Nolkar- a massive ecumenopolis similar to Ravnica, albeit far more cozy with necromancy and using it for public welfare. Nolkar itself is often sealed from the greater multiverse by localized 'arcane storms' that act as something of a portal scrambler/barrier except during small windows of opportunity for portaling, gating, or plane shifting-and even then only small groups can be moved.

The government can be divided into multiple groups, though the senate is where the final say happens regarding various new laws and decrees- and while this may make Elcourt seem powerful, it is important to note there are hundreds of thousands of Senators-and they can be removed.

Elcourt himself has recently eschewed involvement with his homeland for myriad reasons.

Lights:

While Elcourt generally doesn't tend to get hedonistic (because rp focused bone guy most of the time), it does happen (because fleshy guy sometimes, just don't bet on it.) If things do get saucy-here's the erp stuff.
