Ruana doesnt exactly look like a person who has grown up in this city....or any city for that matter....  Ruana is actually from a tribe that has hidden itself away for centuries, completely cutting itself off from the outside world.  Her father, the ruler of the tribe, has given her the task of exploring one of the cities of this world, to see if it is time for the tribe to come out of it's self imposed exile.  Only when she has made this decision, will she be allowed ot return, and take up the mantle of tribe ruler.
