A brash retired sailer/soldier who has come to Sinfar to settle down. A former family man he once had a wife and raised several children, now however, he seems to be by himself.

At 42 years of age he is a matured fatherly figure with a stern demeanor about him. He has kept himself in shape and it shows.

Frank was recently hired by the city to take on people who the city has sentenced to serve as sexual servants and train them to get used to living that new life. The city will send him females as well as males who are sentence to service men as a woman would. (PM for more info!)
