Name: Khurok Mountainhide Race: Striped Gnoll Age: Definitely an adult. Appears mid-twenties. Height: 7'6" Eye colour: Verdant green Fur colour: Pale brown with darker stripes Sexuality: Straight Position: Switch ================================= Appearance A Gnoll of the north, Khurok's most notable features are his prominent stripes and his earthy, pale pelt. Hailing from a colder country isn't without it's benefits-- namely, the thick double coat that covers the Gnoll's body, and while a little coarse, it's often pleasantly soft to the touch. A lot of effort goes into maintaining his appearance, no doubt. Atop Khurok's head is a chocolate-brown mohawk, peering out from over his brow and between his ears; it trails farther down his back, coming to a close at the base of his shoulderblades. If nothing else, the Gnoll is always prepared for danger. Unless persuaded out of his equipment, he can be seen wearing a set of heavy shoulderpads, gauntlets, a thick belt and a set of legplates with a pair of matching hammers strapped to his hips. Coloured a faded, brassy brown with white accents, his armour is backed by a black leather base. Over his shoulders hangs a thick bear pelt, pulled tight to his collar and secured in place with a few small, iron chains draping between the pelt's forepaws. Around his neck hangs a few thick, leather loops, around the lowest of which hangs a string of hunting trophies. Teeth, small bones, a few trinkets to commemorate times gone by. ================================= Personality Khurok is about as dry as a desert, ironically enough. His humour is coarse and crude, and rarely does he ever hide his feelings - after all, Gnolls don't live long enough to sugarcoat things. His understanding of the Common tongue is simple at best, but that only betrays that keen, bestial intelligence behind those eyes of his. Those that grow close to the Gnoll soon find themselves in the company of a loyal companion. Such is the Gnollish way, those thought to be a part of the clan are protected above all else, treated with gifts and company alike. He's far from a warm, kindly spirit, but he does his best to care for those that care for him in turn. ================================= Lights Khurok's interests are fairly flexible, and like most Gnolls, he's always content to experiment. Depending on his partner and their respective interests, he's open to dominate or be dominated; just don't expect him to go down without a fight. He doesn't often shy away from the topic, but has his limits as with all things.
