This gangling mauve monstrosity has a human's body with a cephalopod for a head. His most disturbing traits are the four slimy tentacles extending from his already elongated face. These tendrils are constantly writhing, contracting and stretching from between two to four feet in length, those dexterous tips curling and twisting about absentmindedly. His sickly purple skin looks moist and squishy, a thin film of mucus protecting him from drying out. Murky white eyes sunken beneath pronounced brow ridges seem to stare out at the world blindly, though his sensitivity to and hatred of sunlight shows that they are still functional. While his slimming robes hide his lanky body and limbs, a careful observer might notice that he only has three fingers and a thumb on each gloved hand, his slender digits curving into talon-like tips.

  Calm and calculating, even a brief conversation can reveal him to be a heartless monster. He's fascinated by the reactions of other sentient creatures, which is why he finds such great pleasure in tormenting and experimenting on them. While he can recognize and exploit positive feelings, he cannot empathize with them and thus finds them dull. Certain that his is the supreme species, he understands that inferior humanoids are best kept as pets, slaves, specimens, breeding stock, or some combination thereof. He will openly admit to practicing flesh-warping, mental manipulation, slavery, and worse. However, despite his alien mindset, he's a law-abiding citizen when convenient, avoids causing trouble in public, prefers trickery and bribery over brute force, and is even willing to engage in small talk on occasion.
