This man's clothing is sand blasted and appears dusty, as if he was just in a desert wind storm. Most times his cowl is pulled low to hide his face. From habit or to hide his features is anyone's guess. The hair that occasionally shows through is black but streaked by gray.

Standing quite tall for a human at just around seven feet, Ruan generally goes bare chested which shows that he has almost no body fat on him. He is just lanky, lean and well-toned muscle.

His arms are covered in various tattoos. Most of them, a mix of runic and nautical designs.

When he speaks, his voice is low and raspy. At times, hard to hear and understand. This is worse due to his seemingly uneducated - pirate like accent.
