Tall and shapely, but subtly unworldly, this elf is an uncomfortable alloy of sensory attraction and ethereal aspects that instinctively trigger revulsion.

Where it is seen, her fair lavender skin is pale near to translucency.  She has the gait of a woman with impossible grace sheared down to merely impressive levels by perpetual fatigue.  Her features are distinctly elven, and within the elven range for youth having just cusped into adulthood.

The girl's blindfolded state doesn't seem to impede her navigation in the world - indeed, she seems perfectly capable of operating by some kind of blindsight in spite of that obvious obstacle.

Her clothes are an unusual, simple linen-like textile of unknown manufacture that defies conventional listings.  Often, they are sopping wet and clinging to her as if she had just pulled herself out of the surf, backpack and all.
