It's hard to say how old she is, as she appears to be in her twenties, a small human though. She is perhaps more pretty than beautiful, or some say cute, considering her small size. Most elves are bigger than her.

she also seems to struggle with her nature as a vampire, acting very unlike vampire or perhaps it's just an act.
