This is Valeria Wyrd. A gold skull emblem hangs around her neck from a choker, twisted into a demon's visage, denoting that she belongs to, worships, or is most likely a priestess for Enma-o, King of Hell.

Contrary to this hellish employment, she doesn't seem to radiate evil like a haze. Instead, she looks relatively calm and self-assured, aside from the long and infernal horns and an apparent penchant for clothing that barely deserves the title.

Physically she is full-bodied without being overbearing, casually gorgeous, and ungodly charming to look at. An arcane inspection would probably reveal that she is a rare succubus - a "Muma-oni" more focused on maintaining Hell's bureaucracy than the theft or draining of human souls.
