First appearing on the docks in the Halcyon ward, not much is known of Cyra. A simple glance and one can already detect the unnatural beauty she possess and the faint sensation of something much more sinister. Despite being externally beautiful, she is a cruel and vile individual. Her coldness and viciousness is shown whenever combat is engaged and she is quick too unleash an onslaught of unholy magics against any who oppose her.
Labeled as a 'witch' by many, Cyra favors the bitter cold as seen in her powers. For as magically skilled as she is, all of her spells revolve around death, cold, and emptiness.
Upon contact: Her skin is flawless and almost glistening. When her emotions are heightened (Extreme of any kind, usually anger) her hands give off a painful frigidness.
