From an orcs perspective, she would appear as some sort of elf, from an elf's perspective, she'd look like a particularly scrawny orc; to all others, she's just another odd looking half-breed.

At a height of just under six feet, and a mane of shining black silk cascading over her shoulders, contrasting with the olive green hue of her skin, she's a rather striking creature to look upon. In some ways, she's taken after her elvish parent, much more than her orcish: her features made up of a more delicate bone structure than any orc, with long ears that taper to a point at the tips. Her sapphire-blue eyes are large and almond-shaped, giving her a cute, almost innocent quality to her appearance.
Although she's much more slender than her orc counterparts, she's definitely not frail looking like pure-blooded elvish kin. Her build is sturdy, and best described as voluptuous: plump breasts, small waist, and broad hips, she possess the feminine qualities that would draw a second glance from most in appreciation.
By the looks of her, garbed in little more than strips of cloth as a form of modesty, and pale scars criss crossing her back, it could be best guessed she'd come from an orcish encampment; and not as an equal. The fact she's walking around unescorted tells she's likely earned the right of freedom. Or she's escaped her shackles.
As for personality, she obviously doesn't think very highly of most races, but she's not out right threatening or aggressive. When it comes to other green-skins: goblins, orcs, even ogres and trolls, she's quite submissive, and often afraid.
