What You May Have Heard:
Ouka is the proprietor of Honoke Chaya, a teahouse & geisha club on Kenshiro Lake, in the North.
As a geisha herself, Ouka sells her companionship to anyone looking for a woman talented in more than just sex. She, in fact, doesn't /technically/ promise sex - but doesn't usually turn down clients who ask.

Physical Description:
Ouka's fair skin is soft and smooth to the touch, and unblemished save for a scattering of freckles on her cheeks. Little in the way of muscle is visible on her body - what mass there is on her bones seems to mostly be fat. Her curves, nevertheless, remain pleasantly firm, jiggling subtly as she moves.
She stands at a meagre 5'2", just slightly under average for a woman, but her frame is not particularly slight. Instead, her body is quite curvy, with wide hips, a narrow waist, a buxom chest, and relatively thick thighs.
Her hair expresses a pattern of white, black, and orange - calico, the same as her cat form. Her bangs hang low, partially obscuring her eyes - which she keeps closed, as if asleep, at seemingly all times. Somehow, neither of these factors seem to impede her ability to see.

Demeanor:
A perpetual, pleasant grin graces Ouka's face, most emotions expressed through only subtle variations in it.

Subtler Notes:
Feelings of passion and arousal seem to emanate from Ouka, subtly affecting those around her. Those with esoteric perceptions might notice an almost tangible mass of such energy surrounding her.

General RP Preferences:
I'm more interested in ordinary RP, especially long-term RP with character development, than casual ERP. I prefer to treat ERP as the dessert instead of the main course.
I also like to let the chips fall where they may - in other words, I'll go along with anything as long as its justified in RP. So feel free to, say, ambush her and try to rape her or something.

General Dubious Consent/Nonconsent
I'm into pretty much any kind being enacted on Ouka, but note that I hate setting up such scenes over tells. Just walk up and try to drag her into an alley or something.
I don't like making my characters artificially weaker or dumber to allow for such scenes, though, so if there's a way for her to get out, she'll try to take it.

Breeding Play/Impregnation Risk
Sex carrying risk of pregnancy makes it much hotter in my book, regardless of whether it actually results in impregnation. I'm not willing to actually end up pregnant unless our characters have an established relationship, however.

Master/Slave, Petplay
Ouka won't forcefully enslave people, but is perfectly willing to take willing slaves - and might try to trick, blackmail, etc. someone potentially useful into signing away their freedom.
As for her becoming a slave, it would have to either be temporary, or with someone she has a LOT of chemistry with.

Blackmail, Debts, Contracts, and Nonphysical means of Coercion
Ouka's favorite means of coercion. And willing to let her become subject to them, in turn. Like other ways she could become a victim, though, I'm not willing to set it up over tells - you'd have to arrive at it in RP.

Humiliation
Either victim or perpetrator, again. She very much considers herself above others, and will try to teach them that if she can. On the other hand, that same arrogance makes her an appetizing target for the same treatment, no?

Mind Control/Brainwashing
Same guidelines for other kinds of noncon with Ouka as the victim.
With Ouka as the perpetrator, she won't mind control random people into sex. She /will/ mind control for other reasons, however, and might take advantage of the situation. She prefers more subtle methods of bewitchment to outright control.
