Arcturus is a mix of worlds on the one side he is a well educated and regal scholar of the magical arts. He is a teacher and educator, those who know of the lands of Taladas, would easily recognise him as a member of the Imperial League Aristocracy, and he is wearing the gray robes and markings of one of the members of the Guild of Arcanists.

On the other side, he is a minotaur, smaller than the more brutish of his cousins more commonly seen in Sinifer, but still as vicious and savage at times.
