Formerly an arcane spy/assassin-for-hire, Livia disappointed the wrong client and was punished for it with a curse that rendered her abilities...not gone, exactly, but, sort of, missing? She remembers what it felt like to be sly as a fox and quick as a snake; but in a distant, "haha you'll never be capable of that again" sort of way. She's pretending, to the best of her ability, not to be existentially horrified by this, which is why she now lives in Sinifer: because at least she can enjoy her fall from 'grace', until she finds a cure or even just guidance of some sort, and can return to feeling empowered by other skills and behaviours than her elegantly unabashed hedonism. That, at least, remains intact.

Recently Liv has begun to exude subtle (but, in Sinifer, distinguishably familiar) airs of someone beginning to be affected by corruption, and by that quiet desperate little war raging among her conflicting emotions. Her entire value system seems to be growing almost inexorably more contradictory with itself.

Though her hair often covers it, there is a gently glowing white mark on her neck, in the shape of angel wings.
