He's not an orc, nor a half orc.
He comes from Glorantha (RuneQuest setting for the curious). He belongs to one of the three ancient races who inhabited the world before the coming of the men. He is an Uz (People in their language), a race who live in the darkness, underground, hiding the "nests" from the horrors of Chaos. Their society is quite alien to humanlike types, RP to discover the differences.

Physically, beside to be huge, S'at is almost blind, seeing only at very short distances, but has a "sonar" sense (like dolphins) which allow to not be penalized. It offers some little advantages, to feel better the materials of an object or a building and even be able to tell what a nearby toon has eaten a s last meal (sonar is blocked by half and full plates). Another particularity is that, as any other Uz, S'at Chapp can eat literally anything, even rocks. Basalt rocks give him the effect of alcohol on humans. A particularity is what S'at Chapp calls "dessert" which he is really fond of, RP to find out what it is.
