At a glance he appears to be either a scrawny dwarf or an ugly halfling, but in truth he descends from a (presumably) goblin father and human mother. Shunned by his tibe for his wicked deeds, he was exiled, and has been wandering the world ever since. Being naturally evil since he was born, he always looking for ways to abuse the weak, and the strong, given an opportunity.
