Karzoug, in his human form is seemingly an old human, that remains in his prime phyiscally. Aside of this very little is remembered of this form, he seems mostly unremarkable.

The truth of the matter Karzoug, is the mortal form of an ancient daemon, not even the Arch demons remember when he first moved. What is known, is that he has come to Sinifer for a nice relaxing holiday, accidentally spreading corruption wherever the creature goes.
